John O Callaghan is one of the biggest and best rising stars in the world
at the moment. His first production 'Foreign Dillusions' was a massive hit and since then
he has been snapped up by John Askew's Discover label. Here he brings us a fusion of Tech
Trance which has blown the roof off every club it has been played in over the past few months
Original Mix
The track starts off with that hard kick which has become oh so very familiar
with John's productions, but it still works so well! Also in there is a teasing little riff
which doesnt give away the main riff, but keeps the listener guessing. There is a mini break
before the bassline kicks in. These little mini breaks are perfect for your average clubber
because it gives them a little breather before they start dancing again! The track's main
break down showcases the main riff to full extent and whilst it's rather simple, it works
to so well! It was never meant to be the predominant feature of this particular track.
This is possibly John's finest production to date. But it doesnt stop here.
There are some absolutely amazing tracks & remixes in the pipeline. Look out for the new
collaboration from O Callaghan & Kearny called 'Deadlock' which is a slab of euphoric awesomeness!
