(Extended vocal mix)

If you’ve not heard this by now you’ve been hiding in a cave, that or you don’t listen to Radio 1. They’ve been nailing this more so than I‘ve been nailing my house mate these past few weeks. If I had to name 5 funky house tracks that stand amongst other superb tracks in any field, this would be within these 5.

This mix features the full on vocals, I’d not heard it prior to this double promo pack being dropped on my door step, lordy lord it makes one heck of a difference. The dull “in between bits” before that ever so familiar riff kicks isn’t so dull any more, its gone from one of those id mix in and out of straight after the first break down to “start to finish, there’s no other way!”

There’s not really anything else to say on this, words can’t begin to explain just how fine this piece of music is. I’ve heard a few comments its going to be one of those tracks that huge then forgotten about in no time at all. Perhaps there right, do I care though? Its beautiful now, that’s all that counts!

(Main mix)

See the above minus the vocals. Well, almost, it retains the chorus over the heights of the track. In all fairness I can see why people may suspect this to be in and out of our lives faster a Conservative leader, during its height it towers above Mount Everest, its just every point in between that fall short. Basically if your sampling this at any other point than when it kicks in after the break down your going to be disappointed, it isn’t all that.

Don’t get me wrong I’ve shaken my ass to this more so than any other funky track this year (bar Boogie Pimps, call it what you will, that track is amazing!) and I’ll probably still be shaking it come the end of the Ibiza season, but there after, this particular mix, I’ll barely tap my foot.

(Alternative mix)

Imagine the main mix but with more character, more stuff going off to keep you occupied between break downs. Got it? Yep, this is that mix. The footing is slightly different, a softer beat with the seriousness taken right out and a whole heap of fun thrown in its place. The baseline takes a punch every half beat and makes a perfect second riff, one not so in your face but enough to work upon when not faced with the main attraction, something very few tracks have achieved.

From what I gather this comes out mid July, I could be wrong; it could be sooner, regardless though this is a must. It’s damn right sleek, sexy and has more oomph to it than my house mate after Viagra. Get it, get it now.
