Interview with Clare McClaren

Tasty has always been at the cutting edge of Hard Dance music, putting on some of the finest parties in London over the last 6 years with some of the freshest line-ups around. Their commitment to hot new talent continues with their next event "Generation Energy" at Renaissance Rooms in London on July 8th, featuring two rooms of the best new Hard Dance and Hardcore talent. Step up one Clare McClaren, acclaimed DJ and rising production star.....
How would you describe your style?
I would describe my style as very energy driven. I love everything from uplifting riffs and vocals through to hard and bouncy beats and the odd classic thrown in. My first love of dance music was Old Skool Rave and Jungle, so you can expect to hear those sounds coming through in some of my sets. I always seem to get a better reaction from the crowd when I mix the styles up, than when I stick to the one genre in a set.
